Telegram Paper Leak Scam — कैसे काम करता है
Scam का Pattern
हर exam से 2-3 दिन पहले यही होता है:
- Telegram channel बनता है — "CBSE 2027 Leaked Paper", "NEET 2027 Official Leak" जैसे नाम
- Free sample दिया जाता है — कुछ questions जो "leaked" लगते हैं
- Paid group में invite — ₹500-5,000 में "full paper"
- Payment लेने के बाद — या तो fake paper मिलता है, या कुछ नहीं
- Channel delete हो जाता है
NEET 2026 के बाद क्या हुआ
NEET 2026 cancel होने के बाद (genuine paper leak के कारण) Telegram पर fake "re-exam leak" videos viral हुए।
NTA ने specifically warning दी: "These videos are fake. No paper has been leaked. Legal action will be taken against those spreading fake information."

Fake Paper कैसे पहचानें — 8 Signs
Sign 1: Watermark या Branding नहीं है
Real CBSE/NTA papers में official watermark, board logo, और specific formatting होती है। Fake papers में ये नहीं होता या poorly copied होता है।
Sign 2: "Guaranteed 100% Real" Claims
Real leak कोई guarantee नहीं देता। "100% real", "direct from printing press", "examiner से मिला" — ये सब red flags हैं।
Sign 3: Payment माँगा जाता है
Real leak (अगर होता भी) free में viral होता है। Payment माँगना = scam।
Sign 4: Channel नया है
Check करो channel कब बना। 2-3 दिन पुराना channel = scam।
Sign 5: Questions बहुत generic हैं
Fake papers में वो questions होते हैं जो "likely" लगते हैं — previous year papers से copy किए हुए। Specific, unique questions नहीं होते।
Sign 6: Urgency Create की जाती है
"सिर्फ 2 घंटे में offer खत्म", "limited seats" — urgency = manipulation।
Sign 7: Anonymous Admin
Channel admin का कोई identity नहीं। Real source कभी anonymous नहीं होता।
Sign 8: Grammar और Formatting गलत है
Real CBSE/NTA papers professionally formatted होते हैं। Fake papers में typos, wrong formatting, inconsistent fonts होते हैं।
Legal Consequences — Public Examinations Act 2024
2024 में Parliament ने Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act 2024 pass किया। इसके under:

Real Paper Leak कैसे होता है — और क्यों Rare है
Real paper leaks (जैसे NEET 2026) में:
- Printing press से leak होता है
- Physical copies involve होती हैं
- Organized crime network होता है
- बहुत कम लोगों को पता होता है
Telegram पर "leaked paper" share करने वाले इस network में नहीं होते। वो या तो:
- Fake paper बेच रहे हैं (scam)
- Previous year papers को "leaked" बताकर बेच रहे हैं
- Attention/followers के लिए fake content बना रहे हैं
NEET 2026 Paper Leak — Real Story
NEET 2026 में genuine paper leak हुआ था। लेकिन:
- Leak Telegram पर नहीं हुआ था
- Specific coaching institutes और printing press involved थे
- CBI investigation हुई
- 22-23 lakh students affected हुए — exam cancel हुआ
यह exception था, rule नहीं। और इसमें भी Telegram "leaked paper" channels का कोई role नहीं था।
