1. No Refunds

All purchases of Pro plans (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime) on Padhaao are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, cancellation, or reversal of payment, except for the limited plan change adjustment described in Section 3 below.

2. No Cancellation

Once a Pro plan is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, transferred to another user, or refunded, whether partially or fully. You will retain Pro access for the full duration of the purchased plan period.

To prevent future charges on recurring plans (Monthly or Annual), you may stop auto-renewal as described in Section 4. Stopping auto-renewal is not a cancellation of the current period and does not entitle you to any refund.

3. Plan Change (Limited Exception)

If you purchase a plan by mistake (for example, selecting Monthly instead of Annual), Padhaao may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time transfer to another plan of equal or greater value, provided:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• You have not substantially used the Pro features during this period.
• You email us at padhaaoedu@gmail.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID.

This is a service adjustment, not a refund. The original payment will be applied toward the new plan.

4. Stopping Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To stop auto-renewal and prevent future charges:

• Email us at padhaaoedu@gmail.com before your next renewal date.
• We will disable auto-renewal on your subscription.
• You will continue to have Pro access until the end of your current paid period.
• After the paid period ends, your account reverts to the free plan (3 chapters per day).
• Stopping auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

5. Digital Content

Padhaao provides AI-generated educational content in real time. Access to digital content (including but not limited to AI-generated lectures, notes, quizzes, flashcards, mock tests, and doubt-solving responses) is considered consumed once accessed. Such content is delivered instantly upon request and is strictly non-refundable.

6. Free Tier: Try Before You Buy

Padhaao offers a free plan with 3 chapters per day, forever, with full access to all 10 learning modes, all 17 boards, and all grades. This free tier allows you to thoroughly evaluate the Service before making any purchase. By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to assess the Service and that the purchase is final.

7. Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or payment provider after completing a purchase. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us first at padhaaoedu@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve legitimate concerns promptly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your Padhaao account.
• Legal recovery actions for the disputed amount.

8. Policy Updates

Padhaao reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
