Bihar Board Class 12 Last 30 Days — Science and Commerce Strategy 2027

In short: Bihar Board (BSEB) Intermediate 2027 exams are expected in early February, usually before Matric. The official date sheet is awaited at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. Each paper is half objective (OMR MCQs, no negative marking) and half subjective. Science students should split the last 30 days between NCERT-based concept revision, numericals and daily MCQ drills. Commerce students should drill Accountancy formats and Business Studies points, and practise Economics numericals.

Bihar Inter usually starts in the first week of February, which means your "last 30 days" begin around the first week of January, often while practicals and pre-boards are still happening. The students who do well in Inter are the ones who protect daily revision time even during practical week.

For theory-practical subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), the theory paper is out of 70, and half of that is objective. For non-practical subjects, the paper is out of 100. Confirm the split for each subject in the BSEB model paper.

Commerce tips:

• Accountancy: The subjective part rewards complete formats. Practise full journal entries, ledgers, and the revaluation and partners' capital accounts.
• Business Studies: Write answers in points with headings. Learn the exact names of principles (Fayol, Taylor) and functions.
• Economics: Numericals on national income and the multiplier are quick marks. Draw diagrams for demand, supply and cost curves.

Handling Practicals Without Losing Theory Time

Practical exams usually happen in January. They are important, but they rarely need a full week of preparation.

• Keep your practical file complete and signed
• Revise the experiments and viva questions 2-3 days before each practical
• On practical days, still do 1-2 hours of theory revision in the evening
• Do not skip MCQ practice; it takes only 45 minutes

OMR Accuracy

• Fill roll number, booklet series and subject code first, before answering
• Shade each circle fully with the specified ballpoint pen
• No whitener, no overwriting
• No negative marking: attempt every required question
• Keep 10 minutes at the end of the objective section to check bubbles

When is the Bihar Board Inter exam in 2027?

BSEB has not released the 2027 date sheet yet. In recent years, Inter exams started around the first week of February. Check biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in once the schedule is published.

How many marks are objective in Bihar Board Class 12?

Roughly half of each theory paper is objective. For 100-mark subjects that is 50 marks; for theory-practical subjects with a 70-mark theory paper, about 35 marks. Confirm with the latest BSEB model paper for your subject.

Is there negative marking in Bihar Board Class 12?

No. Attempt every required objective question.

What should Commerce students focus on in the last week?

Accountancy formats (partnership and company accounts), Business Studies definitions and principles, and Economics numericals and diagrams. These carry predictable marks.

Can I prepare for NEET and Bihar Board together in January?
