Q: "निम्नलिखित में से कौन सा धातु सबसे अधिक अभिक्रियाशील है?" Options: (a) Gold (b) Iron (c) Potassium (d) Copper

Students "अभिक्रियाशील" पढ़ते हैं, options में Iron देखते हैं और mark कर देते हैं। लेकिन answer है Potassium (K) — Reactivity Series में सबसे ऊपर।

Trap: Question में "सबसे अधिक" / "सबसे कम" / "सही नहीं है" words ध्यान से पढ़ो। ये words question का meaning completely बदल देते हैं।

Trap 2: Sign Error in Maths

Q: "(-3)² = ?" Options: (a) 9 (b) -9 (c) 6 (d) -6

Answer: (a) 9 — क्योंकि (-3)² = (-3) × (-3) = +9

Students confuse होते हैं: (-3)² = 9, लेकिन -3² = -9। Bracket का position critical है।

1. Extreme values eliminate करो — अगर options में 2, 5, 50, 500 हैं, तो extreme values (2 और 500) usually गलत होती हैं। Middle values (5 या 50) ज़्यादा likely correct हैं।

2. "All of the above" often correct है — अगर option (d) "उपरोक्त सभी" है, तो statistically यह correct होने की probability ज़्यादा है (BSEB pattern)।

3. Longest option = often correct — Question setters correct answer को detailed लिखते हैं। अगर एक option बाकियों से लंबा है, consider करो।

4. Grammar clue — अगर question Hindi में है और option grammatically match नहीं करता → eliminate। "यह एक ___ संख्या है" → answer "अपरिमेय" (adjective) होगा, "अपरिमेयता" (noun) नहीं।

5. Never change first instinct (mostly) — Research shows कि पहला guess 60% सही होता है। अगर re-check में confuse हो, तो पहला answer ही रहने दो — unless तुम्हें clearly गलती दिख रही हो।
