Flashcards क्या हैं?

Flashcards छोटे cards होते हैं जिनके एक तरफ question या term होती है और दूसरी तरफ answer। जैसे:

Front: "ओम का नियम (Ohm's Law) क्या है?" Back: "V = I × R (Voltage = Current × Resistance)"

आप card का front देखते हैं, answer recall करने की कोशिश करते हैं, फिर flip करके check करते हैं।

Flashcards काम क्यों करते हैं?

1. Active Recall

सिर्फ पढ़ना passive learning है। Flashcard flip करने से पहले आप answer recall करने की कोशिश करते हैं। यह active recall है। Brain को information retrieve करनी पड़ती है, जो memory को strengthen करता है।

2. Spaced Repetition

जो cards आप सही answer कर लेते हैं, उन्हें बाद में revise करें। जो गलत होते हैं, उन्हें ज़्यादा बार। इससे weak areas पर ज़्यादा focus होता है।

3. Quick और Efficient

एक chapter के 20 flashcards 5-10 minute में revise हो जाते हैं। Textbook से same revision 30-40 minute लेगा।

Science

• Physics formulas: V=IR, F=ma, P=V²/R
• Chemistry: Chemical equations, periodic table trends

Social Science

Flashcards कैसे बनाएं?

Rule 1: एक card = एक concept

"बहुपद के सभी प्रकार" एक card में न लिखें। हर प्रकार के लिए अलग card बनाएं।

Rule 2: Short रखें

Front: 1 line question Back: 2-3 lines answer maximum

Rule 3: अपने शब्दों में लिखें

Textbook copy न करें। अपनी language में लिखें - आपको बेहतर याद रहेगा।

Rule 4: Diagrams भी use करें

Back side पर छोटा diagram बनाना बहुत effective है।
