CBSE का Rule — Exactly क्या कहता है

CBSE Examination Bye-Laws में लिखा है:

"A candidate who has put in not less than 75% of attendance in the aggregate of all the subjects is eligible to appear in the examination."

यानी:

75% या ज़्यादा: Eligible। कोई problem नहीं।
65% से 74%: Condonation (relaxation) apply कर सकते हो genuine reasons पर।
65% से कम: Generally condonation eligible नहीं। Special options हैं।

Attendance Calculate कैसे करें

Formula: Attendance % = (Present Days ÷ Total Working Days) × 100

Example	Present Days	Total Working Days	Attendance %	Status

Important: Calculation aggregate है — सभी subjects मिलाकर। एक subject में कम attendance हो लेकिन overall 75% हो तो eligible हो।

कितने दिन और चाहिए — Calculate करो

Formula: Days needed = (0.75 × Total Working Days) - Present Days

Example: Total working days = 220, Present = 155

Days needed = (0.75 × 220) - 155 = 165 - 155 = 10 more days

अगर अभी 10 दिन और attend करो → 75% पूरी हो जाएगी।

Shortage Notice आई — अभी क्या करो

Schools November-December में shortage notices देती हैं। Notice आने पर:

Step 1: Calculation Verify करो

School से attendance register माँगो और खुद calculate करो। Errors होते हैं।

Step 2: Remaining Days Calculate करो

कितने दिन और attend करने से 75% पूरी होगी — calculate करो।

Step 3: हर दिन School जाओ

अगर कुछ दिन और attend करने से 75% पूरी हो सकती है — एक भी दिन miss मत करो।

Step 4: Medical Certificates अभी इकट्ठा करो

अगर illness की वजह से absent थे — अभी certificates collect करो। December में नहीं।

Condonation = attendance requirement में formal relaxation।

कौन Grant कर सकता है

Condonation Process

Documents collect करो — absence का reason prove करने के लिए
School principal को written application दो documents के साथ
Principal forward करेगा CBSE Regional Office को (अगर shortfall 5% से ज़्यादा है)
CBSE Regional Office review करेगा और decision देगा
Decision school को communicate होगा admit card generation से पहले

Deadline: Generally December या early January। School से exact deadline पूछो।

Medical Certificate — Exact Requirements

Medical exemption सबसे common ground है। CBSE को exactly यह चाहिए:

कौन सी Conditions Qualify करती हैं

Important: Certificate registered medical practitioner (MBBS या above) से होना चाहिए। Unregistered practitioners का certificate accepted नहीं।

65% से कम Attendance — Options

65% से कम attendance वाले generally condonation eligible नहीं हैं। Options:

Option	Details
Private Candidate	CBSE private candidate के रूप में register कर सकते हो। Private candidates को school attendance requirement नहीं होती। cbse.gov.in पर private candidate rules check करो।
Year Repeat	Class 11 में हो तो Class 11 repeat करो और अगले साल Class 12 boards दो।
NIOS	National Institute of Open Schooling में attendance requirement नहीं है। NIOS Class 12 सभी universities और competitive exams (JEE, NEET) के लिए recognized है।
CBSE Appeal	Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, natural disaster) में directly CBSE को appeal कर सकते हो। Guarantee नहीं लेकिन strong documentation के साथ worth trying।

Admit Card — कब और कैसे

CBSE admit cards exam से approximately 2-3 weeks पहले issue होते हैं — school के through।

75% rule Class 10 में भी लागू होता है?

हाँ। CBSE 75% attendance requirement Class 10 और Class 12 दोनों board exam candidates पर apply होती है।

School-organized events में absent था — वो count होगा?

School-organized events (sports day, field trips, cultural programs) generally attendance में present count होते हैं। School से check करो — अगर absent mark हुआ है तो correction माँगो।

Parents का letter medical certificate की जगह काम करेगा?

नहीं। Parent का letter medical condonation के लिए accepted नहीं है। Registered medical practitioner का certificate ज़रूरी है।

74.9% attendance है — eligible हूँ?

नहीं। CBSE attendance percentages round नहीं करता इस rule के लिए। 74.9% = 74.9% = below threshold। Condonation apply करो।

School ने condonation deny किया — क्या करूं?

Directly CBSE Regional Office को appeal कर सकते हो। Regional Office के पास 10% shortfall तक condonation grant करने का authority है। Documents के साथ directly contact करो।

NIOS Class 12 JEE/NEET के लिए valid है?

हाँ। NIOS Class 12 JEE Main और NEET eligibility के लिए recognized है। nta.ac.in पर specific year की eligibility criteria confirm करो।
